Asheeve
Live site →A personal productivity app that adapts its interface to the user's actual behavioral profile, measured rather than self-reported.

Project Details
- Real problemSolopreneurs and independent operators often struggle with fragmentation between work and personal life and a loss of meaning in day-to-day execution. Asheeve structures work around a Vision to Goals to Projects to Tasks hierarchy, with a dashboard that measures alignment, flow, and execution health rather than just another to-do list.
- Structural choicesA behavioral profile computed automatically from 30 days of real usage signals (task completion, events), not a self-reported questionnaire: this is rule-based scoring on usage data, not artificial intelligence. That profile drives the dashboard layout, decoupled from the visual theme the user chooses.
- What it proves todayA real production project, not a prototype: dockerized Go/HTMX stack, unit and end-to-end tests, full backup and restore. Beta launch in preparation, core features operational.

A dashboard that adapts to the person, not the other way around: Asheeve measures actual usage behavior over 30 days to decide how to present work to each user, instead of asking them to describe themselves in a signup questionnaire.
This project demonstrates an uncommon product-modeling capability: turning measured behavior into an adaptive experience, without ever crossing the line into an AI promise the system doesn’t actually keep.
